悪の怪人○盗集団クリーブスと戦うファントマイエロー。戦い終えたイエローの前に影の中に潜むことができる怪人ビー・マイ・シャドーが現れ、力になるのでファントマレンジャーの仲間にして欲しいという。困惑しながらもシャドーを仲間にするイエロー。シャドーの協力でクリーブスからファントムシリーズを奪うことに成功するイエローだったが、戦いの後度々気絶してしまう。なんと気絶している間は身体をシャドーに乗っ取られていた。クリーブスの幹部モローとの戦いに苦戦する最中、シャドーの正体を知るイエロー。そして遂には完全に体を乗っ取られてしまい…［BAD END］
