シノビ一族の姫である百合姫は、人間を滅ぼそうとする妖怪の一族マヤカシ一族が復活したことを知り、シノビンジャーを5人揃えようとする。マヤカシ一族を倒せるのはシノビンジャーだけだ。仲間を集めようとする百合姫の前にマヤカシ一族の妖怪たちが立ちはだかる。シノビホワイトに変身して敵を蹴散らす百合姫だが、マヤカシ一族の王ガシャキングの娘、ムラサ姫の妖術に苦戦し捕らわれてしまう。ムラサ姫は、ガシャキングに渡す前にシノビホワイトを弄ぶのだが…。［HAPPY END］
